Account Executive (Experience Required)

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to an established client base in order to quote prices and provide product information

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Friendly, outgoing, socially at ease demeanor

Strong customer service skills

Self-starter

Be able to constructively work under stress and pressure

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

Call and email prospects for the Sales Rep to create orders

Take calls from their prospects or customers to help them sell

A lot of the time is spent on the phone!   Calling out, taking incoming calls for the Sales Rep if they're not available

Learning how to work with a customer and quote them for an order so that the Sales Rep can close the customer

Any other duties as needed or assigned to help the Sales Rep or Sales area overall
